Guided by the principles of innovation, growth, and transformation, URGENT, Inc. promotes the values of compassion, patience, teamwork, responsibility, learning, and reciprocity. URGENT envisions a future where all youth have the social, economic, and educational resources to thrive. With academic support, civic engagement, arts enrichment, job training, paid work experience, and skill-building, the organization embraces a learning philosophy that kids learn by doing.
