Culmer/Overtown Branch Library 

In 1942, several libraries were brought together to form the City of Miami Public Library System and in 1971, city and county libraries joined forces and formed the Miami‑Dade Public Library System (MDPLS). MDPLS provides much more than just a library service for the entire county. This community asset provides services like after school tutoring, storytime activities and wifi connectivity.
