Culmer Center

The Community Action and Human Services Department (CAHSD) – Culmer Center is Miami-Dade County’s largest provider of comprehensive social and human services. CAHSD covers the full lifetime spectrum, from children to the elderly, relieving hardship and helping Miami-Dade’s residents become self-sufficient, productive and independent. Programs are designed to target low-income individuals and families. The service delivery model is strongly client-centered and results-oriented.
