Historic Overtown Calendar

We hope that you are as excited and interested as we are, in learning more about the history of Overtown.  One of Urban Health Partnerships’ (UHP) community liaisons, Cecilia Stewart, created a calendar to preserve Overtown’s cultural heritage for future generations while enabling others to learn about Miami’s rich African American history. The calendar highlights some of the landmarks of Overtown.  It features historic churches, houses, businesses, schools, organizations and entertainment establishments.
